Learning the Hard Way

Selling your house is hard.

Buying a house is hard.

Selling your house while trying to buy another house and closing on them nearly simultaneously so you aren't homeless is borderline crazy.

    Um yes! We did a preoccupancy agreement, so we could move in a few days before closing.
