Empowered
Amelia has reached an age where, apparently, only chumps allow their parents to help them do anything. So, we can either battle her at every turn or simply let her try to do everything on her own and then help her clean up afterwards. Typically, we choose the path of empowerment. I am hoping this helps her grow into a confident, independent woman. In the meantime, I guess we will just watch her learn the hard way.
